  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For non-quality-related returns beyond this period, customers must cover both shipping costs and the 25% restocking fee.
  • Each piece in our one-of-a-kind design/handwoven collection possesses an irreplaceable soul. Time has shaped its form—our role is to preserve, not perfect. For this reason, all pieces are final sale. We encourage thoughtful selection; our team will gladly assist you before purchase. Thank you for honoring the spirit of things that exist only once.

30-Day Warranty

If your item develops a quality issue within 30 days of receipt, please contact us for a free repair or replacement.

However, we do offer repair services — the customer will only need to cover two-way shipping costs, and repair fees (if applicable) will depend on the level of damage.
