Jewelry Warranty and Repair

HeartCraft JEWELRY is a regularly priced item purchased on our website.
·Provides a two year warranty

If the jewelry is damaged or malfunctions under normal use due to defects in materials or workmanship
·Warranty is provided to the original consumer/purchaser.

·Warranty will be void if the product has been misused or altered by anyone.
We will repair or replace (one time only) any defective HeartCraft Jewelry with the same or similar model.
·Final sale items (such as sample sale items or items marked as “final sale” in the product description) are not covered under warranty and cannot be repaired or replaced.

·Please note:

·The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the warranty repair/replacement.
·We reserve the right to void the warranty on any item that, in the opinion of our jewelry experts, shows signs of alteration, abuse or damage beyond normal wear.

·We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
