- Standard Products: Can be canceled at any time before shipping.
- Customized Products: Customized Products cannot be canceled once production begins.

Return Policy
Eligible for Return:
- Standard Items: Can be returned within 30 days no reason return
- Customized Items: Only eligible for return if damaged or defective. Issues must be reported within 30 days for a refund.
- Non-returnable Items: Products that are not in their original packaging or condition.
How to Process a Return:

- Approval & Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with the return address and instructions.

Can I return it if I don't like it?
We accept returns on some standard-sized items. However, custom orders are non-returnable. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service team for the return address and instructions
Do you provide custom options?
Yes, we offer custom sizes and styles for most products. However, we can make products such as sleeper sofa covers or table runners from our fabrics. Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
